    • Marinated Cucumber Salad with Sweet Onions and Jicama
    • Chilled Pho Noodle Salad, Glass Noodles, Chicken, Cilantro, Napa Cabbage, Sweet Wine Glaze

Warm Selections:

    • Thai Chicken Sliders with Red Pepper, Cilantro, and Sweet and Spicy Peanut Sauce
    • Chili-seared Flank Steak Wrap with Curry Aioli, Carrot and Cucumber spears
    • Teriyaki Glazed Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on Toasted Rosemary Foccacia with Roasted Red Pepper and Caramelized Onions

Dessert Selections:

    • Lemon Ginger Macaroons
    • Fresh Berries with Saigon Cinnamon Cream and Fresh Mint
