The Event: A summertime open house on a rooftop patio. Prior events by the client in the space had always been a barbecue. This time, they wanted something more creative that would appeal to ‘foodies’ and ‘non-foodies’ alike.

- Thai Chicken Sliders with Red Pepper, Cilantro, and Sweet and Spicy Peanut Sauce
- Chili-seared Flank Steak Wrap with Curry Aioli, Carrot and Cucumber spears
- Teriyaki Glazed Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on Toasted Rosemary Foccacia with Roasted Red Pepper and Caramelized Onions
